Lake Effect

“Lake Effect” was a class-produced anthology of poetry and prose: the creative work of the capstone course in Creative Writing at Queen’s University. The aim was to showcase the quality of work that was evident year after year from the very fine students chosen for the upper level CWRI 496 class. Publication began in 2003 with the first five volumes published by Artful Codger Press. Upstart Press took over for volumes six through 10, with “Lake Effect 10” appearing in April 2021, the culmination of a twenty year editing project.
